Today Eos Group, Inc. announces the release of Eos Explorer 2.9, its enterprise estimate management platform. In this release, Eos offers enhancements to features that our clients are starting to leverage more heavily: project folders, cost summary data, and archiving.
Project folders now include cost summary data in addition to the totals information that was already available. A new Cost Summary tab presents merged cost summary information for the estimates within the project folder that are included in the project totals. Clients who use project folders extensively will appreciate significant performance improvements when saving and propagating project folder data as well as improved stability. The export of cost summary data is also more accurate as amounts now include two decimal places when exported.
Eos responded to other client requests in Eos Explorer 2.9, by adding the ability to search for files to archive and archive each file individually in the folder where it resides. This capability is especially useful for creating end-of-year archives across multiple projects.
Eos Explorer 2.9, is fully regression tested, compatible with the Sage Estimating 12.1 and 13.1 (Pervasive versions), and backwards-compatible with earlier versions of Sage Estimating.
